Data we process
When you submit a game, we store its public Roblox place ID, public game details, icon URL, cumulative bid, and payment fulfillment identifiers. We do not store card numbers. Stripe processes checkout and may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and contact information under its own privacy notice.
Why and how long
We use this information to verify games, take payments, prevent duplicate fulfillment, operate the ranking, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. Public listing and transaction records are kept while the service operates and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal claims.
Sharing
We share information with infrastructure and payment providers only as needed to run robid.lol, comply with law, or protect the service. We do not sell personal information and the application does not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
For access, correction, deletion, objection, or other privacy requests, email privacy@robid.lol. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law.
International processing
Our providers may process data outside your country using their applicable legal safeguards. Payment information is handled by Stripe.
