1. The service
robid.lol sells transparent promotional placement for public Roblox games. A game’s cumulative completed USD payments determine its position. The service does not sell Roblox access, Robux, gameplay items, investment products, or a promise of players, clicks, revenue, or a lasting rank.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You represent that your payment is authorized and that promoting the submitted game does not violate another person’s rights, Roblox’s rules, or applicable law.
3. Bids and delivery
The checkout page shows the amount you will pay. For an existing game, that payment is the difference between its current cumulative total and your new target. Placement is delivered after payment confirmation and may change immediately when another game receives a higher cumulative total.
4. Refunds
Because public placement begins immediately after payment, completed bids are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or if we fail to deliver the purchased cumulative credit. Contact support@robid.lol with the checkout receipt. A refunded, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent payment loses its ranking credit. Removing a listing for a serious rules violation does not create a right to a refund.
5. Moderation and availability
We may reject, hide, or remove listings that violate the Rules or create legal, security, fraud, or platform risk. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service. If we permanently discontinue robid.lol, prior promotional placement has no cash value and is not transferable.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your game and grant us a limited permission to display its public name, icon, description, creator name, and link for operating and promoting the leaderboard. robid.lol is independent from Roblox Corporation.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to a specific paid bid will not exceed the amount paid for that bid. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Questions and notices can be sent to support@robid.lol.
